Thank you for your recent purchase from WRÓM. If you have a product/products you would like to return or exchange please follow the instructions below to request a Return Authorization.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Products purchased from WRÓM may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you believe you received a product that is defective, we would like to apologize. Please email [email protected] with an attached photo of the defective product. Once your return request is approved (24 hours max.) you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the defective product and we can expedite a new one to you.


MIS-PACKED ORDER: If you received a product that differs from what you ordered, we apologize. Please email [email protected] and include the details for the product you received instead(style name, color, size). Once your request is approved (24 hours max.) you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item you received. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will expedite the product you originally ordered.
